Sankethabhavan aspires to be a refuge for the hopeless, the misfit and the untouchable of spirit and flesh. Those who are lost and confused in the quest for God in their daily life and for those who wish to spend some time in contemplation and meditation on the meaning and symbolism of Christ through the rituals of the Orthodox faithful .
So we find that it is a hopeful message that our souls may be safe in the resurrected body of Jesus Christ as envisaged in John 14, where He assures us that He is going to heaven to build a house for each believer in his body. The resurrected Jesus Christ ascended to Heaven and is attracting all souls to Him as he prophesied in John10:16 .All believers of Jesus Christ are expected to cooperate with Jesus in the task unifying all in Him. Thus it is our duty to be "The Way " or vehicle of depressed soul to reach this Sankethabhavan. This is the task of this Sankethabhavan which is now working presently at Mar Kuriakose Ashram, Mylapra Pathanamthitta ,directed by the Holy Spirit with the cooperation of all the inmates.
